Bridal Shopping - Beauty Tips - II

Week 2

You're now detoxified, cleansed and ready for remineralising. Ready to replenish your body with the minerals which you might have lost during the detoxification process.

Armatherapy massage: Enjoy a remineralising wrap of rare Arctic algae. And the body pack of mashed bananas mixed with honey and milk powder, left for 30 minutes and then washed off.

Hair: A hot oil massage is followed by a hot towel wrap.

Face: Light cleansing, followed by a vitamin E cream and seaweed gel massage. A fruit pack of mashed seasonal fruit and milk powder. A papaya face pack is excellent for dry skin.

Hands and feet: Repeat the same procedure of applying a coat of colourless nail polish every day.

Follow this routine at home every night: Soak your feet in warm water to which rock salt, lime juice and shampoo have been added. After a good, long soak, scrub your feet. Apply night cream before going to bed. Next morning, apply a moisturiser on your feet after your bath.

Diet: It's a fruit and vegetable diet this week --to pump extra minerals into your body.

Body:
Breathe longer, breathe deeper. Step up exercise. Use vegetable oil and few drops of essential oil in your bath water.

Week 3

D-day is a-coming, and you need to be rejuvenated. This is the process in which you get the glow.

Aromatherapy massage: A few drops of essential oil, either jasmine, patchouli, ylang ylang or rose, are added to a carrier oil, which is used to massage you. Known to be aphrodisiacs, the essential oils also relax you.

Then a body pack of honey and milk is applied. Both honey and milk are known to have excellent rejuvenating properties. For dry skin, use a yoghurt, honey and rosewater pack. This gives your body a radiant glow.

Hair: It's the hot oil head massage again. By now, your hair will have become healthy and strong.

Face: Time for a silver facial, which has excellent rejuvenating properties.

Hands and feet: Manicure and pedicure. Your nails should be growing healthy and strong by now!

Diet: This week, your diet is stepped up to include cereals and nuts. Eat six blanched almonds every morning --to rejuvenate your skin. Drink milk mixed with saffron strands --this will help you glow.

Body: Meditation and exercise should now be a routine. This will help balance your mind and keep your calm.
